Lis Wehl, who was born August 19, 1961 in the US she is an author as well as a former legal expert for Fox News.
She has been an adjunct professor in Law in New York Law School and was previously an Associate Professor at University of Washington Law School. She was a legal commentator on Bill O'Reilly's radio show and National Public Radio. She's appeared in The O'Reilly Factor and Your World With Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File, with Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs and Megyn Kelly, and the Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl was raised in Yakima, Washington, and graduated from West Valley High School in Yakima. She received her bachelor's degree at Barnard College, followed by an MA in literature at the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl worked as an attorney at the US Attorney's Office. She was the legal correspondent for NPR All Things Considered. She was the deputy chief investigation counsel for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. From 1995 to 2001, she served as a tenured law professor at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle and was in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl was an analyst for Fox News legal analyst from 2001 to 2017.
