Alison Krauss
Alison Krauss has been a country artist for more than 30 years. Her birthplace was in the city of Decatur on 23rd of July, 1971. LeAnn Kymes and Alison Kruss were the two newest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss is an American singer-songwriter and bluegrass country musician. Born on July 23, 1971. She began her career in the industry as a young girl, having won local competitions at when she was 10 years old and recording for the first time at 14. When she was 14, she enrolled with Rounder Records and in 1987 she released her first solo album. She was invited to join the group with whom she performs Alison Krauss and Union Station and released her first album with them as a group in 1989.
